- Felt out of breath and complete dryness of throat after 2 mins
- Right knee felt extremely weak after 5 mins. Left knee was okay
- Over the ear headphones made my ears sweat

Notes: Not as weak in the knees. But still pretty bad

Hip abduction: 12 reps 3 sets [15 lbs]
Hip adduction: 12 reps 3 sets [20 lbs]
Inner upper arm: 12 reps 3 sets
Outer upper arm: 12 reps 3 sets
